Before you set off, stop for a moment. The day begins beneath the citrus trees: lemons, oranges, mandarins, jasmine and orange blossom frame breakfast, served in the courtyard. Homemade jams, local produce, a fresh orange juice. And it's often the right moment to ask Giuseppe which beach to choose that day, or which road to take up Etna — because some of the best experiences start with a conversation.

We won't just tell you "where to eat". We'll tell you where we'd go. From granita with brioche to arancini, from the fresh fish of Santa Maria La Scala to the most authentic local cooking, to Etna's wines: we can suggest places and dishes based on what you're after. And if you'd like something more hands-on, we can arrange a cooking class dedicated to Sicilian cuisine.

Staying is an experience in itself. Not every day needs a destination: sometimes the best way to experience Corte dei Limoni is to stay right there, in the courtyard. A book in the shade of the citrus trees, a coffee, the scent of orange blossom, a conversation with someone just back from the sea. The rarest luxury isn't doing more. It's finally having time.

Etna, tastings, excursions, bike and car rental, airport transfers, snorkelling, cooking classes: we can arrange all of it through our local partners, before you arrive or during your stay. But there's one thing we prefer to do first: listen to what kind of Sicily you've come looking for. Then we'll tell you where to go.
