These Terms and Conditions govern bookings and stays at the B&B Corte dei Limoni, located at Via Monsignor Genuardi 32, 95024 Acireale (CT), Italy. By making a booking, whether directly on cortedeilimoni.it or through a third-party platform (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and similar), the guest fully accepts the following.

Bookings made through cortedeilimoni.it are managed through the Avaibook booking engine, which checks availability in real time and sends a confirmation email with a summary of the stay. The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of this email. For bookings made through third-party platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and similar), the specific conditions of that platform also apply.
Payment is processed through a secure gateway managed by Avaibook or its appointed payment provider: card details never pass through or are stored by the Operator. The payment terms required (deposit, balance, payment on site) are indicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the rate selected.
Cancellation and change conditions are those shown in the details of the rate selected at the time of booking, both on cortedeilimoni.it and on third-party platforms. Unless stated otherwise, we recommend checking the specific conditions before confirming: for any doubts, write to info@cortedeilimoni.it before booking.
Check-in / check-out. Check-in from 12:00 to 20:00, check-out by 10:00. For different times, please let us know in advance.
Pets. Small pets are welcome on request, with a supplement of €30 and a security deposit of €200.
No smoking. The property is entirely non-smoking: smoking — including traditional cigarettes, e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products — is not permitted in any indoor area, including guest rooms. Smoking is freely allowed in the outdoor courtyard. Offenders are subject to the administrative fines set out under current legislation (Article 51, Law No. 3 of 16 January 2003, as amended); should smoking be detected indoors, the Operator also reserves the right to charge the costs of extraordinary cleaning and room restoration.
Quiet hours. Guests are asked to respect the peace and quiet of other guests and neighbours, particularly at night.
The Operator is not liable for items lost, forgotten or stolen in common areas, except as mandatorily provided by law. The Operator is not responsible for service disruptions due to causes of force majeure beyond its control.
Any complaints regarding the stay may be sent to info@cortedeilimoni.it. This does not affect the consumer rights provided by the Italian Consumer Code, or the option to contact a consumer association or the competent authority.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the consumer's local court, where applicable, or otherwise the Court of Catania.
