Cookies are small text files that visited websites send to a user's device, where they are stored and sent back to the same websites on the next visit.
Necessary for the website to function. They do not require consent.

The Avaibook search and booking widget, integrated in the "Book" page, is loaded only after consent has been given ("Accept all"). Once loaded, the service — provided by Avaibook (bookonline.pro) — may set its own technical cookies, necessary for the availability calendar and the booking process to work, as described in Avaibook's own cookie notice.
This site uses Google Analytics 4, a statistical analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to collect aggregated information on how visitors use the site (pages viewed, referral source, device). The script is loaded only after consent has been given ("Accept all") and is not activated for visitors who choose "Necessary only".

The "Contact" page includes an embedded Google Maps map to show the property's location. Google may set its own cookies in connection with this service, in accordance with its own notice (policies.google.com/privacy).
On first access, a banner is shown that lets you accept all cookies or continue with technical cookies only. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's browsing data, which will make the banner appear again on your next visit.
You can also manage your cookie preferences directly from your browser settings, which allow you to delete or refuse third-party cookies.
